LifeSpeak (computer/tablet/app) - canada.lifespeak.com

TC acquired a national subscription to an online wellness service to complement the existing health and wellness programming mentioned above.

LifeSpeak is an online platform that provides users with over 300 short videos, podcasts, transcripts, printable tip sheets and action plans. The educational modules are, on average, eight minutes in length and are facilitated by subject matter experts. The featured content is presented in French and English by leading experts on a variety of wellness-related topics, including mental health and wellness, financial health, parenting and caregiving, physical health and nutrition. Reaching optimal wellness involves addressing various areas of life. LifeSpeak provides a wide variety of tools to help live a more balanced and fulfilling life.

This tool gives all TC employees access to a vast array of information and knowledge. LifeSpeak is available to employees and their family members 24 hours a day, seven days a week via computer, smartphone and tablet.

To log in on computer or tablet, select « Access through Group Account » and type « canada » as Client password)

You can also install LifeSpeak on your personal or TC-issued smartphone. Visit the App Store or Google Play to download the free app, and then do the following:

1. Open the downloaded LifeSpeak app
2. In the Client name field, type canada
3. In the Client password field, type canada
4. Read the Terms of Service, and select Accept to continue
5. Select Start
6. On the screen where you're asked to enter your department name, type Transport Canada
7. Select Next
8. Select Access through group account
