The How We Work Playbook
Transport Canada is undergoing major changes! We are modernizing the way we do business to stay ahead of the rapid changes all around us and better deliver results on our top priorities as we work to ensure a safe, secure, efficient, and green transportation system for all Canadians.
These changes start from the foundation of Transport Canada: its people.
The How We Work Playbook is intended to guide the way we work across the department. It promotes new practices and approaches to ensure that we:
- achieve service excellence;
- collaborate and engage;
- improve, modernize and transform, and;
- integrate change and project management practices.

How do you get started? There’s no right or wrong way, but we do have three suggestions.
